Joint Pain & Sprain Recovery Specialist
Tuina & Bone-Setting BackgroundJack spent over twenty years practicing therapeutic bodywork in China, where he trained in traditional tuina and bone-setting techniques — disciplines that go back centuries and focus on restoring proper alignment, easing joint pain, and helping the body recover from physical strain.
That kind of background gives Jack a deep working knowledge of how muscles, joints, and connective tissue interact. He understands that pain in one place often comes from compensation somewhere else — a sore knee tracing back to a tight hip, a stiff neck rooted in shoulder posture. Two decades of daily practice has trained his hands to find those connections quickly.
The most common reason clients book with Jack. He works through the layers of connective tissue and muscle, often finding restrictions clients didn't know they had.
Drawing on his bone-setting background, Jack approaches joint pain from a structural angle — easing the surrounding muscles and helping restore range of motion.
After-injury work for clients recovering from falls, twists, or sports injuries. Jack's pace is patient and precise, never aggravating the area further.
Sprained ankles, plantar tightness, fatigue from walking or standing all day. Jack works the foot, ankle, and lower leg as one connected system.
Jack listens first and works second. He asks where it hurts, when it started, and how it moves. His pressure is firm but never punishing — twenty years of practice has taught him that real release comes from precision, not force.
Jack can perform any service on our menu. The services below are where his background and experience are strongest.
